I have a number of different energetic/trauma healing modalities that I use to shift you completely into your most aligned self, and this shortened program can be a good place to begin your healing journey.
In this package, you will work with me , one -on- one , for a month period, including 3 ( 2 hours sessions ) , full – time access via text to integrate in-between sessions and meditations / exercises tailored to your unique journey.
